Job Description:
1.responsible for organizing relevant departments to review process abnormalities, analyze the causes and give improvement countermeasures;
2. Responsible for the analysis and statistics of quality data, monitoring process quality, feedback and improvement;
3. Responsible for the follow-up and verification of the corrective and preventive measures;
4. organize internal audit of the system, inspection work, supervision and solidification of the implementation of standards;
5. Responsible for the development of pre-product quality work, new product APQP activities, development phase PPAP correspondence, countermeasures to promote;
6. Training and inspection optimization of quality inspection personnel;
7. Other work assigned by superiors.

Job requirements:
1.College degree or above in related majors, more than 5 years of relevant work experience as quality engineer in manufacturing enterprises;
2. Familiar with 16949 system, able to independently use the five tools, QC seven techniques, 8D and five principles method;
3.Working conscientiously, rigorous and meticulous, with strong analytical and problem solving ability, good teamwork spirit
4.Experience in polyurethane or silicone industry, or quality related experience in new energy power battery industry is preferred
